At Rozeá, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
